A Destination Wedding For The Ages

Our Time in Cancun, Mexico

In July of 2017 we headed to Cancun for our first destination wedding! The couple graciously gave us access to the entire resort and we were on-call for all the big moments. It was truly a special time for the families and friends that flew down with them to the resort.

From Wednesday to Sunday we enjoyed a rehearsal dinner, an all-white clothes dinner, the wedding itself and a day of relaxing before we headed home.

Dan & Julianne Stanley were amazing as they headed down the boardwalk to their new life together. With all of the special moments we got to shoot, it is difficult to say what actually stood out because it all did! Our time together had amazing weather for the shots that we got, and the entire group was incredible to be around. We truly left as friends and we wish them the best on their new journey together.

From a technical side, we pulled out all the stops for this film. We got to fly the drone around the resort and shot in both the daytime & nighttime. Capturing film on the dancefloor really added to the energy that the whole group put forth and we had more than enough footage to edit into the film.

Destination weddings come with a cost, but if they are as beautiful as this was you will not be disappointed!
